Some people confuse palliative care with hospice. While both focus on improving quality of life, palliative care can be appropriate at any stage of illness, while hospice care is normally reserved for end-of-life support. If you have a need that requires further attention or feel like you could use some additional support, talk to your care team about palliative care options.
